Services Policy
Unfortunately, for all spa services we cannot accept any refund request. All services booked or completed are final and non‑refundable. You may be able to exchange for another service of equal or lesser value if requested within 48 hours before your booked appointment. Services cannot be refunded because of concerns or expected results. We are committed to assisting our guests with all their concerns.
Promotional & Special Offer Items
On‑sale and special offer items and services are non‑refundable. Any deposit for booking services is also non‑refundable. Rescheduling of an appointment can only be done at least 48 hours in advance.
Gift Cards, Gift Certificates & Packages
We cannot refund Gift Cards, Spa Gift Certificates, or Spa Packages. All sales are final and non‑refundable. Some services included in Gift Certificates or Spa Packages may be exchanged for other services of equal value.
Member Card Policy
The Member card cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional discounts. Cardholders may use the Member card to pay for services for themselves and one friend per visit, provided they are registered on the card.
VIP Membership Terms
ZENYA offers two VIP membership tiers: VIP Glow ($199/month) and VIP Elite ($299/month). Each month, members receive:
- Complimentary service — VIP Glow: 1 Signature Facial or Tension Relief Head Spa; VIP Elite: 1 premium 90‑min facial or head spa.
- Discounts on additional services (10% for Glow, 15% for Elite).
- Rollover of unused session (up to 1 month).
- Birthday gift — $25 service credit for Glow, $40 for Elite.
- Bring‑a‑friend discount (10% for Glow, 15% for Elite).
- Upgrade options available for an additional fee (e.g., Platinum Facial +$50).
Members may cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice. Unused credits are non‑refundable.
No‑Show & Same‑Day Cancellation
All no‑show appointments and same‑day cancellations with a deposit are non‑refundable. A reschedule must be requested within 48 hours of the missed appointment.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at any time, for any reason consistent with applicable laws.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our services, please let us know within 48 hours after the service. We will not be responsible for any concerns raised after 48 hours.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect personal information (name, contact, appointment history) solely for booking, communication, and service improvement. We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.
